On The Mend - Mending Circle

Lyttleton Stores, Thursday 21 December, 7 pm - 9 pm

An evening to grow community and learn mending skills. As we gather to work through our mending piles, we can share materials, learning resources and problem solve together.

This is a free event, facilitated by Lauren Gero of to the trees, who will also be donating her expertise and personal mending library for the evening!

Please bring along mending materials such as:

• sewing needles and thread

• scrap fabric for patches (clothes beyond mending are also good for patches)

• wool for darning (various weights are good to have options to suit)

• darning mushroom if you have one

• Something to mend!

Please don’t worry if you don’t have these materials! We’re here to share and support each other.
