It’s that time of the year, where the days are shorter and that chill of the air reminds us that winter is at our doorstep. It’s about embracing the things that bring wellness and comfort to our lives and making sure we give our bodies that extra dose of TLC to brave the cooler days ahead.
Winter has never looked so inviting with our shop guide to some of the fabulous things we have here at Lyttleton. From herbal teas to winter wooly socks, these are things to keep you warm, well and feeling like a beam of sunshine even on a snowy day.
Here’s just a few of some of the wonderful things we have in store to prepare for winter.
1. Highland Herbs Organic Tea
Based in Tasmania, these Australian grown, certified organic teas offer a range of comforting blends that are like a warm hug in a teacup. From echinacea to nettle teas, these brews are full of all the good stuff to keep your immune system fighting fit.
2. Life Cykle Medicinal Mushroom range

Fear not, you can order a fresh produce box online or by giving us a call, delivering straight to your door every Thursday.
8. Fresh flowers
We are fortunate to have a gorgeous range of flowers supplied by a variety of local florists here at Lyttleton.There’s a mix of sizes and arrangements, ideal for anything from making a loved ones day or just as a treat to yourself, bringing a little piece of spring into your home.

On a cold winters day or evening, nothing beats the warmth of putting on a good pair of socks. Put a spring in your step with the vibrant naturally hand-dyed wooly socks, available in thin and thick blends. Cold days never looked so bright!
10. Wool wash
